The media could not be loaded. This product is CRAP!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!!!!! The pictures of how bright the LED light in the faucet is NO WHERE near this bright. In the pictures I posted its is the regular bathroom light, then the light about the toilet where u can barley see the light. The water just sits on the plate. NEVER AGAIN. If I wasn't on a time crunch and so much work wasn't put in to mounting it I would return it and by another kind. Oh FYI if u thinknur gonna mount it on the wall tile threw the rock board and such, your wrong, its way to heavy, it needs to be mounted on marble or a solid surface like that. They had to put wood in the wall to mount it properly. DON'T BUY IT NOT WORTH IT!

Only issue. Husband says tough to install cause no rough in kit. Course we are using it for a bathroom sink 😃. Braided linear for in wall

We installed this faucet in September and now less than 2 months later paint is coming off. Love the look of the faucet itself but this is very disappointing!

This faucet has a light built in that glows when water is running. It is too dim to have any function whatsoever. Even with the bathroom lights off, you can barely see the glow. Also the waterfall design is pretty cool, while it's running at a high flow rate, but at slower rates it dribbles underneath, then when the water stops, it pools in the horizontal tray. If possible you should figure out a way to tilt it down slightly as you install it to prevent these problems.

This is not a basin (sink) faucet and NOT wall mount as advertised. My genius plumber made it work anyway (he had to replace the cheap supply lines that came with it). That said, the hardware is sturdy enough and it works fine, but you can't see the light (unless you're using it in total darkness).EDIT 2023: the light stopped working a long time ago, and the "chrome" is peeling off in weird little patterns atop and underneath (photo may look like scale, but it's the finish eroding). As a result, water now backtracks along the underside and drips down, sometimes missing the basin.

Hot & Cold water quit working after 4 mounts. Licensed plumber stated cheep guts need replaced! Wrote company twice with no response!!!!
