These are the best things on earth! I have one “mostly” fallen arch and arthritis in one foot I got orthotic shoe inserts - not the very expensive ones but good ones - from the doctor. These arch supports blow them out of the water! (The inserts are good when wearing shoes.)These work better than shoe inserts as they provide support all the time, even when you are not standing on your feet. The pain relief is beyond awesome.I can walk around the house barefoot - wearing these and get the support my foot needs. I am not a fan of shoes so barefoot is my preference. These allow me to go barefoot and be pain free.I like these so much I ordered two more pairs. They are hard wash only so this way I won’t have to worry about having a clean dry one availableto wear.

These worked well to ease the pain. It was difficult to fit it into different shoes.. my tennis shoes bulged out.

I had purchased probably about ten or fifteen different products to try and combat this pain I was having in the arch of my foot. Nothing was helping. Until I tried this. I wore this daily for about a week, and finally the pain went away. It has a jelly like cushion inside... which feels so good pressing against your arch with every step you take. Would HIGHLY recommend this as a first try to anything wanting extra support for any arch issues.

This was really effective when they were new. The more you use them the more the cushion will flatten.

These were too soft for me and did not offer much support. It more felt like a soft spongey material when squeezed than the silicone or memory foam support.The only thing I like was the ease of getting them off and on. I would wear them with sandals/Crocs because it felt uncomfortable wearing shoes with them. Shoes were hard to put on with the extra strap in the way.

Wasn’t sure how these would be when purchasing. The ones I had were basically a small ace bandage wrap that went around your arch. It did a great job (I thought). Wasn’t sure how this pad would feel in the middle of my arch all day. Was I surprised!!! They feel great and do the job. My feet felt better after the first day. I bought another pair to keep on hand so I’m never without a pair.

First time buyer of any specialized foot products. I have severe neuropathy from cancer surgery and treatments. I recently had been told I have multitude of breaks in both feet in feet and ankles from malabsorption; therefore malnutrition. These foot wraps are easily adjusted and bring me relief. I'm delighted to have any relief. I'm not able to walk far yet, but I will! Besides relieving pain they help remind me of taking each step properly while providing arch support. I think this product would bring even more pain relief to people who don't have my extreme pain.You might want buy 2 pair so you can clean 1 pair while other is air drying. Plantar Fascitis is a difficult condition to treat. These inserts did help to relive discomfort when walking. They are a less costly option to having custom arch supports made. The best treatment is to stay off your feet and give them a chance to heal but for most of us that generally is not possible. I have tried two other inserts. They most relive the heel pain but did not do well in supporting the arch. In my opinion supporting the arch or instep is the real answer to reliving pain and giving the tissue a chance to heal. The Quanquer did the best job in supporting the arch.
