Collector's Edition Original Slinky in Singing Musical Box

Just a warning...don't purchase these with the intention of keeping what's in the box a secret. I bought these for my 6 and 7 year old's for Christmas and when I picked the box up to bring it in it started singing the Slinky song! Yikes! They should package these so that doesn't happen.I've given four stars on the fact that sadly the Slinky isn't as long as it used to be and you need a certain "technique" to get it to go down the stairs and it usually doesn't work. My boys tried at if for about ten minutes before they made it work and even then they only managed it a few times before they lost patience trying. It's annoying that it's sold as the original Slinky but it's not the same.Still a fun toy though.Pros:Fun toyCan go down the stairs with practice and patienceSinging boxCons:It's shorter than the original SlinkyDoesn't do stairs easily

This was a great item. Not only did it give the memory of the slinky but the music was loud and clear also!

Item shipped fast but the Singing mechanism was defective & sounded horrible. We ended up cutting it off the product so we could give the slinky to our grandson for Christmas...there wasn't enough time to get a replacement in time...very disappointed.

Slinky was as expected, however, I received a defective music box/one with dead batteries. Very dissatisfied. Disappointing, as this was a gift.

too small to go down steps, silly useless ripoff this item should npot be purchased by anyone anytime for any reason
