These are worth the price. I already had a pair in my current Mespirit boots, but I wanted an extra pair to replace some Dr. Break Your Feet massaging insoles that I was using. I walk 5mi a day including multiple flights of stairs. Most of that walking involves carrying 10-40lbs so I abuse my knees and feet. I needed something to relieve the impact of the asphalt.For these massaging insoles at the toes, they are at least a 1/4 in. On the underside, the honeycomb anti fatigue cushioning will not break down. The top fabric will wear off before these lose their cushioning. I fortunately had plenty of top room in my boots. I stacked two Mespirit anti-fatigue layers along with arch support massaging insoles at the bottom. It feels like walking on carpet no matter the terrian.Comparing the original to these, the larger size such as (10-11) the 11 size will still be about a half inch too long around the toe area. So depending on the width and shoe type, that will depend on how much you will trim. Trimming is easy with scissors using the original as a guide.Also I highly recommend using these in any shoe that has enough room height. Your family will not recognize you at the of the day, because your feet will not feel tired.

If you follow the instructions you will note that it says to remove the current massaging insoles and use them as a template to trim the new ones down. They will NOT fit in your current shoe if you do not do this. Having that out of the way, these are definitely the real deal. Slipped them into my fila trainers and they went from unwearable to very comfortable instantly. Highly recommend, will certainly be buying these again as needed for other shoes. I have tried a number of replacement massaging insoles so far these are the best by a fair piece.

Totally worth it.(I'm a professional auto tech that spends 50-60 hours a week standing on very hard floors, and have a long history of searching for massaging insoles and boots that are comfortable)I bought these to extend the life of some work boots, and it worked for a few months. Once I replaced the boots and installed these in a new set of Keens I am now seeing just how much better these massaging insoles are.Not much more needed, these are Wonderful, they fit well (trimmable) and provide an above average level of shock absorption.

These work Wonderful. After reading a few reviews on here, I decided to purchase a pair for myself. I wear steel toe boots on a daily basis at work and I'm on my feet 10 hours a day, so I would come home with incredibly achy feet, sometimes even painfully sore. I had bought different shoe massaging inserts (Dr. Scholls, Sofsoles, and so on) in an effort to minimize the pain, but none so far had done the job. I read one review in particular that led me to purchasing these Mespirit sole massaging inserts, and it has been the best decision yet. In fact, I bought another pair to wear in my other heavier work boots. The pain in my ankles and arch have mostly gone away, including some knee discomfort. I feel like Lieutenant Dan walking on new legs.

Very nice, but my shoes are a little tight now since they are so much thicker than my old soles. This is not really an issue with the product but rather my boot size is a little too small. Anyway, this may be nice to keep in mind if your shoes are close to being too small.

Made my 3 year old, hard used Hytest boots feel like their brand new cushion wise. They were a bit big, but i just makes the size of my old massaging insoles and cut the new ones to size. $25 well spent, compared to the option of buying brand new boots

These massaging insoles saved my feet. I am not even joking. I would have swore my right foot was broke and tried different brands same result. Bought the and after three days my foot pain was all but gone. Well worth the money.

I love these in-soles! I have tried many other brands but these are the most comfortable for me. I have a very low arch (pretty much flat feet) so these work Wonderful for me. I have them in all my shoes now.
