After a lot of searching online and in stores, this was by far the absolute best price I could find, it arrived on schedule, and appeared to be exactly as advertised. Full disclosure, I haven't tasted it, and I'm not sure that I will, although I may end up making some bread with it, just to see how it does taste. I purchased this to use in making pollen substitute for my honey bees. The recipe I found online called for soy flour.

BUY AT OWN RISK
Bag was open and contents were spilled when arrived. I let box sit for a while. Decided rather than throw away I would sift remaining bag contents. I found dried reptile skin within the flour. How do I know? I own reptiles!!! I took multiple photos and am having trouble uploading so I will JUST post this review.BUY AT OWN RISK! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S IN THAT BAG!!!

The best choice for my low-carb lifestyle
I'm a professionally-trained chef, and lead a low-carb lifestyle.I've developed a series of recipes for cakes & other desserts (as well as quite a few savory dishes) and for me, the ultimate substitute for the carb-rich (& glutenous) wheat flour is a combination of soy flour (for texture) & almond meal (flavor).This soy flour (Deep Soya Bean Flour) is by far my favorite!
