Engine 2, Whole Wheat Ravioli, Butternut Squash Kale, 8 oz (Frozen)

It was pretty good. It would have been better with thinner dough...it tasted A LOT like wheat. I would totally eat it again though, and I do recommend it. I was just a tad disappointed that the dough was more powerful then the filling.

If I was sitting down at a restaurant and this was brought to my table, I would have a hard time believing it's vegan. The butternut squash brings such a creamy, savory component to the ravioli. Paired with a nice tomato basil sauce, possibly adding a few seasonings, this is a delicacy. One of my favorite things to eat for dinner when I have a vegan day.

When paired with the right pasta sauce, these vegan ravioli are very tasty!

I love love this product. I love the story behind it. Very tasty, healthy, and even great for picky eaters who typically refuse to eat whole wheat.

Full of protein so filling

I don’t like the taste of these. All I can taste is the whole wheat! It over powered the stuffing.

The price, about 5 bucks for 8 ounces, that's 10 bucks a pound for ravioli, ridiculous. Typical Engine2 big price, little box.The kale. This might've started out as a good butternut squash ravioli, at last one with whole wheat pasta, but they added kale for some reason and took away both the creamy delightful flavor and texture of buttenut squash lost behind the crunch and cruciferous, suphury flavor of kale. I wanted to like the combination but it didn't work for me at all, despite serving it with high-end tomato- basil sauce. No go.

Liked this product a lot, but will not purchase it again since the plastic container cannot be recycled.Since I wrote the above review, I contacted the company was informed that the container is #1 recyclable, even though the code is not on the container. I like this Vegan Ravioli and will continue to purchase it.
