I bought this after watching a lot of Youtube videos and checking all the reviews. Its clearly not the original product but for the price you pay, what you get in return is pretty decent. I have been using it for about a month and a half now and have realised that since this only cuts the hair off on the surface, it seems that the hair is growing faster in comparison to when you pull the hair out from the roots using a tweezer or by waxing. But these option do definitely hurt, while this one is really completely painless. And over all doesn't cause any increase or decrease in hair growth.It is a bit less powerful though for tough hair, so I'd recommend it only to women who have fine to medium hair. For very thick black hair like in some cases of acute hirsutism- this will definitely not shave off the hair without any pain.

It is very useful for women like me who have a dense upper lip hair but do not want to have any pain for removing them (waxing/threading) . This device removes hair by trimming them not from the root but it looks quite natural. V have to touch up from time to time but it's just a few seconds work. So it's worth it. Go ladies. Coz we're worth it .

First of all the box packing was not in good condition. Secondly the material is of cheap quality, thirdly it was in damaged condition. Tried using it as it non returnable .... But the cleaning is not very precise. Also the machine heats up too fast

Good product and it is very easy to use for face hair specially I found it very safe. The size of the product is very compatible that we can carry anywhere in our vanity bag...Worth according to price....and quality is also good.

It's apt for last-minute crash users,who really can't make it to the parlour.Its a must have handy item in every super Gen woman's tote! But I suggest u to use it carefully while cleaning the head it just gets spoilt..

The product is totally waste it does not even work .It didn't even take a minute hair of my eyebrow.Don't even consider this product..I have returned the product the same the very next of my delivery.Worst !!!!!!!!! Dulpicate product
