Heirloom Seeds are Great!
These wheat berries are very clean and slightly smaller than the ones I have been using. The bread tastes great! A slightly different nutty taste, but good. They are heirloom, so they require a little more moisture. Out of curiosity, I planted a few and they sprouted quickly! Will be ordering again.

Excellent wheat berries, very clean. I grind it and use it for baking sourdough bread.

Excellent quality!
I grow my own wheatgrass mainly for my cats. Most other wheat berries produced moldy grass but this brand is superior in quality! I’ve tried it in soil, sprouting and soil-less grass growing and its first rate!

Very good heirloom turkey red wheat berries
I have been baking for several years now and the supplier of my favorite heirloom wheat variety ran out. I figured I would try to buy some other variety in the meantime. I am happy with the results. The Turkey Red wheat berries were clean and well packaged. Price with shipping was very reasonable for an organic heirloom variety. I just baked my first whole wheat sourdough loaf using this wheat today. Results were excellent, on par with other variety I normally use. The flavor was mildly nutty - not too pronounced which I prefer. Thank you for providing a quality product!

My new favorite wheat berries
About two years ago I got A Nutrimill, since that time I started to grind all my dry flours. I went through many different brands of wheat Berries. Some of them better then others, some brands agreed with my body while others seems to give my body mild reactions. Until this berry came around all the wheat that I have grounded came out as a fine flour, this included the bran. With this wheat after I grind it and put it through a flour sifter I am left with something that resembles wheat gem from a jar. I like this because I only have to single sift it and I don’t have to pass it through a fine mesh screen. Next this flour completely agrees with my body, this is big because not every flour agrees with me. The truth is I started to add a bit of apple cider vinegar into the dough, this makes the cooked product really soft and more digestible, and I only started doing this after I tried this wheat so I cant say if its the cider or the wheat that is really agreeing with me. Most of my dough turns into pasta so i cant comment on the leavening capacity, but the past combined with a marinara sauce tastes great. I made a soda bread with this flour. I used some apple cider vinegar in the dough, the bread came out supper fluffy and soft, but need some more work on the recipe end. I’ll probably lower the cider quantity, leave out the backing soda, and use a sourdough instead. Overall my favorite wheat berries for a reasonable price, it’s not the cheapest but for what one gets it’s probably a best value. The berries are real clean too.

Sooo pleased!!
Can’t believe how quickly my order arrived. Next day, pleasantly surprised. Also, happy with how grain was packaged. Sturdy plastic bag, sealed well, happy! I will also add that grain looks clean (no pebbles, or other objects). Very happy with order!

Will look elsewhere....
Product seemed to germinate well, but...the kernels seem smaller than I acquired in the past and the grass was finer and shorter and died quickly.
