These are quite nice. Getting the rotation right is a bit of an adjustment if you are used to the smooth, heavy, metal balls, but I find these to be much more soothing and far safer if one falls out the hand. Very relaxing.

They arrived early and in great shape. I like the balls with the chimes in them but thought these would be interesting because of their shape. They actually make a pretty cool sound when they rub together. The box they came in is very pretty.

This style is better than the chimney style. because they stimulate the accupoints on hands. If you learn to move them on the whole palm and finger tips they help a lot.
