We love our fireplace insert. It fits perfect in our TV stand. The heater works great, heats up the room fast. It looks like a real fire. Great value for the price.

Love the fireplace, love the size, and the flame features but it arrived with a large dent in the frame. They won’t replace only refund, so on that note, I wouldn’t order one from Amazon.

We put this in our camper the heater is enough to keep it warm without ruining our gas system. It’s very pretty and adds a lot of aesthetic on a nice cool weekend getaway.

I had a set of dimplex logs w/heater for several years that heated up to 400 sq.ft. It started making noises so ordered this unit that said it warmed up to 1000 sq ft. Thought it would give off a little more heat...but seems much less than my old unit...& it was twice the price! I have central heat so only used it for extra warmth by my husband's chair! He said old set was so much better! So disappointed!

The media could not be loaded. Dimplex is a great brand and value for the $. Solid construction, quiet, puts out a nice warmth and like the options on the remote. It doesn’t have the crackle sound option which I’m glad as that sounds fake. Nice sleek look for a good price point.
