Nordic Ice NOR1003 Reusable Long-Lasting Gel Pack, 8 oz. (12.(Pack))

I bought a few of these gel packs to ship a perishable product to a friend via Priority Mail. When it arrived 2 days later the gel packs were still a little slushy and cold and the product was fresh. I prepped the gel packs by wrapping them around a plastic cup and securing with a rubber band before freezing. That made them fit better around the actual jar of food. I also lined the box with styrofoam for added insulation since it's summer. It worked out and I would gladly buy Nordic Ice gel packs again if needed.

These really are long lasting! I use these in my kids lunch bags for school. By the time I put everything in their bags until the time they come home from school there is still ice left in them it keeps everything cold during the day even during summer. No more wasting food. Food stays cold. I like these better than the fabric ones. They always stick together and rip off the fabric. So these plastic ones are much better.

Absolutely did the job!! I used it for mailing chocolate to FL. Receiving person said it worked SO WELL!

Stays frozen all day in my insulated lunch kit. Also, it's durable!

Arrived in great condition, individually packaged. Seemed thinner than I had expected, and are a good size for packing multiples around and under food in a smaller cooler or lunch container.

Disappointing. Have had to throw two of them away after buying them a couple of months ago, due to leakage. I do not carry sharp objects in my lunch cooler so I was surprised to see them leak. I have had no problems with the larger version. Do a great job of keeping your lunch cold!

This ice pack stayed cool for like 7 hours and it didn't get all wet.

I use these along with regular ice to keep my drinks cold at my food stand. Less purchased ice and these help the ice stay solid longer. Highly recommend.
