Use them as recommended and they are great!
I received my insoles yesterday, and used them to walk my dog this morning. I researched this product before I bought it, and the recommendation was wear them for 30 to 45 minute walk a day. I wore them for the recommended time, and I feel great. I think many people are overusing them, and it is causing them pain. Yes, the product arrived with no instructions, but if you do your research ahead of time, you won't cause yourself un-necessary pain. I find today that my back, neck and hip pain has been greatly reduced. I will be wearing them every day when I walk my fur baby. Yes I recommend this product, and have ordered 3 more pairs.

I was skeptical but these WORK
Took some getting used to at first but definitely has helped with back pain. I’m on my feet all day at work....lots of walking and also had a pinched nerve in my back that constantly bothered me especially when cold out. But a few weeks with these I’ve noticed my back hasn’t bothered me at all

Feels Great!
It took a few days to get used to walking on these - but I love them. I bought them for my husband and myself. I spend my work days on my feet and they keep me energized all day. My back pain diminished greatly too, which was a great bonus.

Not well made.
The little “magnet” or pressure point buttons came off of the sole the very first time I wore them.

It sure if they work yet. They didn’t come with any instructions. So I really don’t know if they work.

Works great if only the pressure points stayed put!
Worked great to alleviate my ankle and heel pain; however wearing these only two days and for only a few hours per day, the metal pressure points are falling out. Today as I am walking it felt like a pebble inside in show but it was two of the pressure points popped out. I only weigh 105 lbs so it isn’t as if I am overweight and popping these out of the rubber sole.

Fell apart second day
Such a waste, the little ball on the heel fell out with second wear.
