Three thumbs up. This is a great product for the following reasons: 1) Extremely well packaged especially the parts as they are color coded packages with list of items within each package. 2) Instructions are really well done easy to understand and well illustrated. 3) The machine itself is well built. 4) The machine is low noise, very very low noise. Lastly, I had to call the company for a little help and guess what they returned my call within 5 minutes were very helpful and I love that. I recommend this unit to anyone buying or in need of a garage door opener.

Well built , easy to assemble, functions well, very quite, every thing was included, easy to follow instructions with color coding for each step , remotes came preprogrammed . Installation was easy and straightforward.

The instructions that came with this for excellent. We followed it step by step and installed our new garage door opener ourselves. I love how quiet it is!

Compatible with Genie professional line IntelliG 1000 model 3024. Just had to wait awhile for delivery. Otherwise great product. Installation with replacement went great!

To a bit to get it installed, but when done worked perfectly and quietly

Overall relatively easy to install, given limited experience, although some of instructions were a bit unclear. Went on line to watch installation videos, which helped clarify things. If attaching an extension for an 8 foot door, consider taking pictures of the orientation of the traveler and gear end before taking them out; helps getting with putting it back together correctly after installing the extension and longer belt. Had to attach the J-shaped bar (that attaches to garage door) to the straight bar on the traveler using the last 2 holes, so perhaps not as secure as should be. The total span was a bit shorter than that of my prior garage door opener. The "push to insert" wiring receptacles on the unit also took a bit of manipulation for the wires to stay in; as instructed, check the leds are lit on the safe-T-beams to confirm the wires are in.

To be clear, I bought a "used - like new" unit to replace my old unit that I've had for about 12 years of use. My old unit was no longer working, and I believe it was because the board was fried from a power surge (note: buy the $15 inline surge protector... I wasn't aware that was a thing when originally installing the first unit). Anyways, a new board was like $150, this unit was like $260, so I figured I'd just get it all in "like new" condition so I could replace the belt or other parts that may have worn over my 12 years of very regular use.What I got is in the pictures... The belt is DAMAGED. The unit itself isnt the standard blue, it's painted olive (is that "like new" ???) The keypads are extremely aged, show wear, and on the opener control that goes inside your garage is one of the four tabs off tab that holds the board in place is BROKEN OFF.Overall it functions now, but I left my track and belt up (why would I put a damaged belt on it??).I have bought other "used - like new" items and they come exactly as described... Damaged box, maybe slight wear, but this is absolutely a rip.Man - the remotes for your car... Look at the picture... The non faded one, that doesn't have rust IS MY OLD REMOTE THAT IVE HAD IN MY CAR FOR ~12 YEARS. wow.
