Cookie Sheet Liner Replaces Parchment Paper - Professional Grade Silicone Baking Mat - Non-Stick, Durable

I bought two at first. Having had trouble with just parchment paper getting my cookies to be the same size (even with a template guide) I found the texture of these mats to give enough resistance to the mixture that they spread evenly. I found I needed a third because my recipe makes more than forty circles and I considered a cheaper option .... but these work so well I decided not to risk it. I am making about 500 for my sons wedding soon and needed dependable tools to get it done! I may have taken a pic showing using these mats plus parchment alone before I bought the third... if I have it, I will post so you can see what I’m talking about. (Also.. if you’re having trouble with hollow Macarons, get an oven gauge. I didn’t realize my oven temp was off and causing hollows)

I bought two of these because I regularly bake macarons and it was tiresome drawing circles on parchment paper. I have since bought a third one. I especially like that they include different size circles so that you can make cookies different diameters. It's incredibly helpful for someone like me who is not good at eyeballing piped amounts of batter. A real bonus for me was that these are super easy to clean. I've even used them for regular cookie recipes that called for baking on parchment. These are easier to use and just as non-stick.

I purchased a couple of these sheets after taking a macaron class. In the class, they used a much pricier silicone mat. After reading the reviews and looking at the price, I opted to try these. I'm absolutely not disappointed. Nice even cooking, easy to clean, easy to store. I got a third sheet and will probably soon get a fourth. I included a couple of photos from my first runs with using it.

I was looking for a mat that was beginner friendly. I came Across this item and saw that it included the size outlines on the mat. I ordered My product in pink and received it on time just as described. I ised It immediately and was exceptionally happy how easily the macaroons came off. It’s extreme simple to clean, all I had I do was wipe it down. I’m exceptionally please with this product and can’t wait to make more macaroons!

I have used these silicon mats several times for making macarons. They work fantastic. The macarons popped right off without any struggle. They clean up very quickly with a bit of soap and water. From a piping perspective I love the two size options and of course the extra "ear" design. I tried using all three and they all worked out perfectly. I am actually ordering a few more now that I know how great they are. I will never make macarons without these silicone baking mats again. I'm attaching a picture of my very first macaron.

Great for Macarons. Works perfectly for evenly sized circles. I could not get my bears to look like bear, but that is due to lack of skill. My one recommendation would be to get more than 1. When baking macarons the batter needs to sit for about and hour so having more than one will speed up the process.

I really love this product! It helps so much when I need to bake mass quantities of macarons. Normally, I print out macaron templates and then place that template underneath my parchment paper (a lot quicker than hand drawing circles directly on the parchment paper). After using this silicone mat, I noticed a major difference (vs using parchment paper). My batter doesn't spread out too thinly, giving my macarons their proper height. I also don't need to worry about the mat shifting when I have turn the macarons around halfway through the baking process. Lastly, this product is environmentally friendly because I don't need to keep disposing parchment paper and I can use it a couple of times before needing to wash it. This is a great investment for bakers. This mat is not just for macaron use. You don't have to use the set circles. I've used this to bake cookies and cream puffs. I would definitely recommend this product for those who love to bake. And lastly, customer service was very satisfactory. They delivered my mat on time.

I like baking my macarons on this better than parchment they remove easier and bake more evenly​.
