Q: How thick is the pillow please? My husband has to sleep on a thin / slim pillow.

The pillow a grain type of filling, it can be moved and moulded as you like it. The pillow can easily be adapted to your needs by un-stitching a small corner and taking some filling out and re-stitching if necessary. I bought extra filling and did the above. Personal choice. The pillow could be fine for your husband. I bought one for my mum and it was fine. Hope this helps. Very comfy pillow.
