I purchased the wrong size elbow brace and had to return for a smaller size. The customer service was some of the best I have ever had. They responded immediately and were so helpful and attentive to my every need. They also did not ask me to send back my brace that didn't fit so I will be passing that one forward in my physical therapy class for someone else in need. The product itself is highly durable, fits well, stays in place and does a fantastic job helping to relieve pain/discomfort in my elbow and arm from Small Fiber Neuropathy. The media could not be loaded. I originally ordered a XS because my daughter is 0.5 inch smaller than me and we both needed an elbow brace. She was satisfied with the XS but it was just too tight for me so I contacted customer service and they were amazing. They promptly sent out a set of small braces for me, which are much more comfortable. These braces provide moderate to firm support. I've provided photos of my elbow/arm measurements and the product measurements. If you are near the upper size limits, I recommend sizing up if you intend on wearing this brace for extended periods of time, otherwise you might end up like me (needing to exchange a size up or with compression marks from it being too tight). So far they have held up great through washing, work, and daily use. My daughter wears them to work as a "handyman." Bookmark this seller like me because you'll regret it if you don't. Wonderful purchase and seller!

Nice product, loose fit if you use there sizing chart. Ale sure you properly measure. I will purchase this product again.

These are easy to put in and take off and they can be washed on the gentle cycle. It is recommended that you air dry them. I liked washing in the machine better than hand washing because they dry faster and it hasn’t harmed the sleeves after several washes. I wear them when I workout and throughout the day so they do get sweaty/dirty.I feel like the sleeves help relieve some pain of a case of tennis elbow I’ve been dealing with.I was on the bubble between a medium and a small size per the company’s size guide, and based on other reviews, I went with medium. They fit pretty well but I feel sometimes like they are a little loose and wonder if they would work even better with the smaller (and I assume tighter) size. This wasn’t a concern to me at first, but as I’ve worn them they seem to have expanded ever so slightly after breaking in.Overall I’d recommend the sleeves as they are affordable, well made, helpful and easy to clean.Update: I contacted the company to ask their opinion about whether the small size would fit me better given that the medium seemed a little loose for me. They sent me a new pair in the small size for free and said they have a perfect fit guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised by this and the small size does indeed fit better and offers better support. The medium sleeves would bunch up somewhat and not stay in place as well whereas the small size doesn't do that. Being a little tighter does not make them uncomfortable either when wearing them during the day. I was impressed that the company would stand behind the product like that and very much appreciated the extra effort they made to help me.

I have been having some pain on the right side of my inner elbow for months, which I assume is an undiagnosed carpal tunnel condition because I am a freelance writer and spend a lot of time typing. I was trying to get by with just exercising in an attempt to strengthen the muscle, but it felt like the muscle was going to burst right out of my arm. I had seen Tony Horton wearing compression sleeves during some of his one-on-one workout videos and figured, why not? If it helps him, it may help me. These were some of the best-rated sleeves and they were inexpensive, so I picked them up. I was bummed that I had to buy a pair, since only one elbow bothers me, but then I realized I can just alternate them for my workouts because if I sweat on one and don't immediately do the laundry, then I have a backup for tomorrow's workout. Can I tell you that in just *one* day, months of pain has already been significantly reduced? I wore the sleeve from the moment it came in the mail, through my workout and up until my shower (so, about five hours), and my arm feels unbelievably better. Like, seriously, I can't believe it. I still felt pain during my workout, but it was more of a mild discomfort, not like I was doing more harm than good. The sleeve was so comfortable that I forgot I was even wearing it, and it didn't roll down at all after five hours of being worn. It also provided my arm with a modest and comforting warmth, not that overheated, dripping-with-sweat feeling that an Ace bandage sometimes provides. I *love* these sleeves and would gladly buy them again. I stand by this high-quality product.

X-large was to small for my arms. Good product but can only wear for a short time before they cut off circulation. Gave to my wife, way to big for her but protect her elbows while watching movies at her computer. (leans on desk)

This is helpful and provides comfort for my elbow. It's tight enough that it gives support and relieves pain, but not too tight. It's nice that two came in the package. I keep one in my office, and one in my bedroom so I always have one nearby.

I had bursitis, my elbow looked like it had half a tennis ball attached.. Doc said ice, ibuprofen and compression.I was leaving for a week in Mexico, and these arrived just in time. I kept one on all week, they provided enough support and pressure to keep the elbow from hurting but didn't interfere with any other activity.Comfort level was a 5/5, not too tight, just snugged right up. They breathed well and even though it was hot they seemed to wick away any sweat, they never got sticky or uncomfortable.I had purchased another brand as well, those went in the trash (where they belonged), this pair went in the drawer in case I ever need them again (I hope I don't, but if I do I know I can count on them)
