I bought this blanket after trying a different brand 20 lb blanket which was just too heavy for me even though it was the weight I was supposed to use. This one does not have glass beads which makes it easier to handle. I don't know how it is weighted but I like it better this way. My biggest complaint is that I ordered blue and received gray. I can see how it happened as the very small area where the color was indicated was 3/4 covered up by stickers!! so I figure if I returned and reordered the same thing would happen again.

It is definitely heavy. Making the bed is now a workout. I bought it for my husband, I figured if he's sleeping in the couch he may as well have a small man laying on top of him. He says that's what it feels like... I'm not sure how he would know and I'm not sure I want to ask.

Great product. Heavy. easy to clean cover. Only thing I recommend is when ordering go 1 size larger. I have a queen size bed and it just fits. When under the blanket you lose alot to one side

I am really struggling with this review because the weight of the blanket is perfect, the construction of it is great. However, I am not a hot natured person and I wake up multiple times a night drenched in sweat when I use it. I am a 41 year old woman and the last time I work up sweaty like this was when I first came home from having my second baby and the postpartum night sweats kicked in. My husband is hot natured so he gets our thermostat down in the house so at first I thought this would be great to keep me warm, but it’s just too warm. It’s almost like it needs some ventilation holes constructed into at Stratgic places.Other than that, this is exactly what I need. Just have to figure it out.

Got this for my husband for Christmas. He has restless leg syndrome. He loves it. Tells everyone best Christmas present ever. Helps him with his legs and I get a good nights sleep without him kicking his legs around. He said doesn't make him feel hot. On the other hand I don't like it one me. I don't like the feeling of being weighted down.

I like it, it just seams to be a bit heavy, i got the 15 lbs on this, i already have another 15 lbs at my other place, so I thought this would be ok, it maybe because this one I bought is bigger then the other one. it is still good!

I tried to use this blanket, but could not. I toss and turn too much to use it.I did, however, give it to my sister. She loves it!!!!!

My mom had the worst time sleeping and thought she would hate this but it's her favorite blanket! 🤣 Mom and her hubby love this blanket and they get better sleep now
