Twinslot Shelving 470mm Brackets Pack of 10 Antibacterial Coated

Needed some additional wide heavy duty shelf brackets to use with some original twin slot brackets and rails by Spur.They are not such a heavy gauge of material, or as strong, as the originals by Spur, which only cost me £1 each, many years ago.These have a weight of just 536g, compared to 748g for those by Spur .Similarly the material thickness is only about 1.6mm, compared with the originals of about 2mm thickness.None the less at £2.70 each, including delivery, for 470mm long brackets, these seem good value sturdy twin slot brackets and are directly compatible with the original brackets and rails from Spur.They also arrived very quickly, the following day, from DJM Direct, without any extra delivery charge.They will be great for supporting the heavily loaded 20 inch wide shelves in the garden shed. Compared to using fixed (London) brackets, with these the shelf spacing can be more easily adjusted as needed and they were much easier to install.Have since ordered a further pack of ten brackets.

Large and strong shelving brackets. I have actually sat on a shelf using these, I weigh 82kg, so they are capable of taking a fair weight. They are big, so make sure you have correctly measured the shelf's you need. They match the uprights sold here on Amazon. The brackets fit the uprights well, and easily. They make a good set of large shelving components. If you need a big shelf, these would provide an important section of the shelf while looking neat and professional.

Used to hold my white chipboard and melamine faced shelves. Drilled a small pilot hole and secured with a screw the front ends. Has not bowed in 6 months with shelves loaded with hand tools and power tools. Look great.
