2014 Starbucks Double Wall Traveler DOT Collection 12oz Studded

Expected the item to be as described, new in box. I received it without the box and with a huge crack on the side. I emailed the seller a month ago and have yet to receive a response. Obviously, I'm still using it but I am experiencing the same problems as other buyers. The lid doesn't always stay on. I can't figure out how to get it to stay. Warm or cold coffee, sometimes it stays on, other times, it pops back up. Not too sure what can be done, if anything. But I am not happy.

I really loved the way this mug looked, and having had a previous ceramic Starbucks tumbler, I went for it. The lid on this tumbler is what disappoints me. Sometimes it fits snugly inside and I have no worries. Other times I'm struggling and continuing to have to press down on it to keep it closed. I don't understand why, because the other tumbler I had worked just fine - although it was a plastic lid and this one is ceramic. I don't see how that would affect it though.

I accidentally broke this mug of my girls friends she got for last xmas. So after a very long search, that took about 2 minutes... found and bought this gem of a mug. Girlfriend loves this mug more that any of the other dozenssssss we have.

It's ok. I bought this on amazon for almost double what it cost inthe store because I waited too long during the holidays. The lid doesn't really stay on ver well, and the cup doesn't hold that much, so it's just a pretty mug and nothing all that functional. Not why I bought it, but oh well!

This is a very cute cup and I am happy with the way it looks. Just be aware that it is a 10 oz cup and not 12oz like the title listed. Love the cup but was slightly disappointed in the size especially for the price that some sellers list it for.

Eh....I love the design with the studs down the side, it it totally my style. The cup and lid are very sturdy and good quality. HOWEVER...I was one of the unlucky ones whose lid does not stay on properly. The rising steam of the coffee makes the lid slowly rise up. I am on the fence about returning it because it is so cute. I suppose I can just use it without the lid...but that defeats the purpose of having it as a travel mug.

Very nice, sturdy cup. It is a ceramic mug with studs going up the side and has a nice metal top - not plastic like others. Bought this for my son's gf who lost hers in a fire. She loved it!

Great quality product, very heavy duty. Its a Ceramic mug and even the lid is heavy with rubber seals. The con is that it is over priced.
