Elegant
So far I have bought more than 15 such Soapstone Hand Carved Floral Design Incense Holders. It is truly an elegant and beautiful gift to give someone. I would recommend this whole heartedly. The item comes in really good packing, so low chances of breakage during transport.

A very good buy
The stand is very good and sturdy. The packaging and handling were particularly impressive. The product itself is very useful. Apart from being aesthetically pleasing, it is also very practical and assists housekeeping as the ash from the incense sticks collects at the base which can then easily be disposed off.

A premium handmade product
This is really well crafted product. A very good gift option. Given 1 less star only due to the small and light base. In my opinion it should be heavier and broader so that it can firmly stand. Option to hold multiple sticks as well as multiple diameter dhoop sticks is a good thought out feature. Overall experience is good. It has various design options and I would wish to see it in various marble colors.

Not very neat
The column is in two parts and the joint is very visible, the top and bottom are almost different colors.

I got broken piece first. After raising complaint it was replaced with new one within a week. Thanks Amazon and KC KULLICRAFT for their cooperation/customer services. Really beautiful product. It costs almost double if you will buy it from Trade fairs or market. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. VALUE FOR MONEY PRODUCT.

Not at all satisfied
The base part where the incense sticks holder is broken and the sticks not standing straight so it is not fully burned ash also thrown outside.
