EUDAEMONIA Yoga Mat with Free Stylish Carry Bag - Eco Friendly 6mm Thick, TPE Textured, 61 cm x 183 cm

I finally decided to get rid (harder to do than say) my nasty cheap PVC yoga mat and buy something that didn't leave little bits of plastic all over the place whenever I used it.This TPE mat is not only more environmentally friendly, but also has a quality finish that feels comfortable and firm, giving just the right amount of support and solidity when doing yoga.The markings on the top of the mat are also in incredibly helpful in allowing you to improve your posture and positioning. When first opened, there is a slight smell, but I had to be in child's pose to notice it!The carry bag too is nicely designed and and feels solid enough to hold the already light mat, and not get destroyed, unlike the cheap bag that came with the PVC mat, which disintegrated after a few weeks.There are obviously going to be deluxe mats out there, just as there are cheap (and nasty) PVC mats. This sits comfortably between the two and whilst being four-five times the price of a PVC, is lower cost on the environment and far superior quality.

Took my new mat to yoga practice and was very impressed. Nicely cushioned but not too thick. Top surface has grip even when hands are sweaty. It stays pretty static on the floor, so no slipping. But the markings are for me, the best feature. I guess I’m intermediate level after some 3 years of practice, but knowing where the centre line is, really helps + the various foot / hand marks and 45 degree lines. And the bag is good quality too. All in all, excellent purchase.

Arrived before the due date. Good quality, nice colour (green). Good quality canvas and hessian draw string bag with zip pocket on side, quite handy to have. You will all slide on a yoga mat at some point or other, this one is better than the cheapies, you get what you pay for. I think its on a par with the linen mats for non-slip, the linen ones can be a bit harsh on the knees this one is better as its softer, but not too soft as to give you balance issues.

Good, aesthetically pleasing, high quality mat. Not as non-slip as I hoped for, but otherwise I really like it

My new yoga mat arrived quickly thank you! What a beautiful mat, lovely colour (I chose the green) and great texture it feels very grippy without being sticky and has a stunning finish which even sparkles in the sunlight! I adore it already thank you so much Eudaemonia!! I definitley recommend this mat to anyone considering buying one.. it's perfect! I would even say I prefer it to one I have used in the past that was twice the price!! :) And the bag which comes with is also really smart!! Love love love!!! ❤

I used to use 2 mats when I do yoga for when I do postures where my knees are on the floor. I don't have to do this when using Eudaemonia mat it has the right thickness and is also very firm and doesn't sink with your weight leaving prints in the mat. I did hot yoga for the first time using the mat this evening without covering it with a towel just to see how it feels. After 20 minutes my sweat was dripping on to the mat and when moving and changing poses I would slip with my feet and also it would make squeaking noises. So not recommended for use in hot yoga without covering with towel but excellent otherwise. And yes I would recommend this mat to anyone who loves yoga. Namaste.

I have now used this yoga mat several times and I have to say I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. I haven't been practising long so it is only my second mat but it is far superior to the one I had previously. It's a lot more comfortable on the hands and especially the knees. It is long and wide so I can actually fit on it lying down (And I'm just under 6ft.) The mat looks great also, other mats, which are very similar, seem to sell for a LOT more. Considering it comes with an excellent canvas bag also I would say this is a great BARGAIN.Very pleased with this. I would highly recommend!!!

I got this one month ago. The quality is good, it does not smell and it comes with a carry bag. I do not give the 5 stars because it says its non slip but when you are doing dog facing down the hands slip a bit, not sure about this mat for summer if my hands start to sweat.
