Kamoer Aquarium dosing Pump Water Pipe Hose Tube Holder for Fish Tank/Water Tank Accessories

I have a 46 bow front rimmed tank that’s without a cover. Many of the dosing tube holders for rimmed tanks are ugly. I found a nice-looking black one, but had to return it because it sat too low in the tank and some of the screws didn’t fit in the device.I decided to try this one because the internal measurement seemed to be just wide enough to fit the rim. When I received it, the part that straddles the tank edge was slightly curled inward, so when trying to fit it on the rim, I have to nervously stretch the bottom apart to squeeze it onto the rim. I think I could use it, but I’m really nervous that it may break if I have to take it on and off with any frequency.TO THE MANUFACTURER: Could you make the part that sits over the rim just 1mm wider? Then it would be perfect both for rimmed and rimless tanks. Thanks!

This holder fits the small Kamoer supplied tubing perfectly but way too small for any normal size tubing. It does work well for Kamoer pumps.

I've noticed, that while dosing Alkalinity, the nipple tends to be clogged often. I didn't double-check underneath my aquarium stand for a while and I was surprised to see the mess that happened when the nipple got clogged. The liquid was pouring down on the floor for a while.So do yourself a favor if you plan on using this for dosing Alk, make sure to clean it often.

It was very hard to find a holder that fit on a regular aquarium. My sump is a 10 gallon Aqueon tank and it fits perfectly on the rim. Good quality too.

The holes could be bigger but it gets the job done.
