this was money well spent. I had difficulty getting my cat to drink before getting this, but now she loves going to have a drink. It is almost silent in operation, you will hear a slight water noise when the water level is getting low so use this as a reminder to top up the water level. It stopped working as there was a problem with the pump as, but they were very helpful and sent a replacement pump which arrived very quickly (less than a week). To prolong the life and help it running more efficiently you need to dismantle the pump and was it out regularly as it can get clogged up with bits of hair etc.

Love this fountain, easy to put together, very simple which makes it easy to keep clean. Noise levels are very low but it does get noisier as the water level drops. My cat is drinking more water so great plus. The only disappointment is I have had to purchase another pump this month as the original gave up!

Perfect. Cats love it and will come over and paw at it if not on 😂It stopped working at one point. Contacted the seller and found out that it just needed a good clean. This means opening it up and taking out the little magnetic propeller. You can find a video on YouTube. Great feedback from the seller though, thanks.I leave it in the sink or bath if not in use and I'm sleeping because one morning I woke up to find cat had tipped the whole thing over. I think he's learnes since then not to do that

Have the green one as well and because this one is a spare what the other has a deep clean and so on all I can say it is great otherwise wouldn't have purchased a second. Gets a but noisy when the water needs topping up but think anything would. Only issue is cleaning the pump could be easier or has anyone got a way of doing this? Love it though, cats are drinking more using it thankfully.Great invention and the filters are easy enough to get hold of on here too. Thank you

When I bought I gave it a 5 star because it was good, not too noisy, the cats likes it. But today it just stopped working... Getting a new one from another brand, not worth paying 25 pounds on a plastic bucket.

Bought this over a year ago for my ferrets as they backwash and spill there water from bowls. This is perfect! They love it. (without the flower attachments) it's Too heavy for them to spill and does a brilliant job of filtering the water. Always nice and clean. Also Very quiet just the sound of running water. And love the view window to be able to keep check on how much is in. Highly reccommend!

pros:Compact, inoffensive design that holds a generous amount of water. Very low noise level, almost silent. Simple to construct, and to deconstruct for cleaning. Useful fill level indicator on the outside. My cat appreciates the different functions (which are produced according to which piece of plastic you fit in the top). The motor has proven to be reliable.cons:Flimsy overall. The filters have only a small dot of charcoal inside, not full like the sale photos. The cord is short, and difficult to keep dry when filling or cleaning the unit with water. The USB end of the cord is puzzling, who would want to plug this into a computer? And it means my cat can unfortunately pull the cord out of the plug quite easily, I had to secure it with electrical tape. The plug itself is largely hollow, which just doesn't seem very secure. Also, all of the printed instructions are in Chinese.Overall, this product is an adequate way to test whether or not your cat will take to a drinking fountain. But it will probably need replacing with a steel or ceramic model eventually.TIP: I found that the noise level increased as the water level dropped. Filling the fountain up to the top of the fill level indicator on the side returns it to almost silent.
