But the machine did not work for me. I used it faithfully for 10 days and saw absolutely no improvement in either skin tone, texture, tightness or weight loss. After 10 days, I expected to see some small improvement. i.e. maybe 1/2 inch in circumference, or possibly 1/2 lb in weight loss or maybe even a slightly tighter jaw line or neck skin. NOTHING for me.I'm not suggesting it doesn't work at all. I merely state it did not work for ME. I admit I'm the impatient sort. If I see improvement, I will continue. However, I need to see results - even if only a small bit. It is beautiful, it is beautifully packaged. It came exactly when it was supposed to. But for me, it was not the answer. I wish all others the best of luck. It might work for you and I hope it does.

I thought it was supposed to vibrate, but it doesn't, not even with the EMS pads. It heats up nicely but I thought the vibration was the thing that helped the most. The booklet even says it vibrates but there's literally nothing. Not sure if I'd recommend it.
