Helps with posture
Been trying this for a little over a week now and I think it does help my posture. It was a little awkward to get used to at first but better than a different one I had tried. It didn't come with directions but it didn't take too long to figure out, just had to look at the picture on Amazon. The straps are adjustable via Velcro, which I like better because I feel that it is easier to adjust and more secure. You can adjust the straps in the front, which is handy because you don't need to rely on another person to help you. Overall a pretty good product I think! I'm hoping it will help correct my posture

Easy to use
I know I slouch a lot and this helps me keep my back straight when I wslk, sit, or just stand. Helps reduce some of my back pain as well. Glad I bought it!

Love it
The product is a simple strap around your arms and is very comfortable to wear. It is not heavy so no extra weight bearing. Actually makes you conscious of your body posture and is very useful in correcting it without straining yourself. I haven't needed it for back support because that is not an issue for me, but this product definitely has helped with improving my posture.

The posture corrector didn’t come with any instructions. However, it wasn’t too difficult to put on. Seems like it’ll help after wearing it for awhile. I have horrible posture and really hoping it’ll continue to help!

This is my second day using the posture corrector, and it is so far doing what it is supposed to do. It brings my shoulders back, making me stand up straight and stuck in my stomach. It keeps you conscious about your posture while forcing you to maintain it. I had a question about recommended use times, and they replied promptly within the next morning. They recommended to start with 20min a day and gradually move up to 2 hours a day, but to not wear it more than two hours a day since it is not a constant muscle support, but helps train your back muscles so that with time you will not need external support.

It works very well and pretty comfortable.
I sit in front of the computer almost all day every weekday. I wear this every day, it definitely does relieve some of the neck pain improvements. This definitely holds my shoulders back.This is really helped me a whole lot.Another thing why I love it, is that this product is very easy to adjust. You just pull it out of the box, put it on, and go. It takes half minute ajust to make sure it fits the individual. This product absolutely completely well worth it.
