I order these fairly regularly. I do not mind the taste or the texture, it is more pleasant than trying to swallow large supplements. I do think it gives my skin a glow but it is hard to know if that is from these or my regular skincare routine, None the less, when I run out I do tend to miss them and will reorder.

Love the aroma and taste..could be a bit too sweet for some.The only feedback was short shelf life with expiry Dec 2019 (< 7mths). Would have preferred to be given the heads up.
