Great Color & Consistency
Color is spot on for the specified FS number. Used this on a US Navy A6 aircraft.Paint has good consistency and does not fill panel lines. Requires about 2 coats with a brush for best results.

Paint Lays Down Superbly, But... Lacks Binder and Very Temper Mental on Thinner
Mission Model paints lay down nice and smoothly, and for that reason, I will continue to use them. However, the paints, in my experience, lack binders to give the paint some "sticktoedness". For these paints to bind or grip the subject, you must use a primer and then coat them with varnish. I noticed that when handling objects painted with Mission Models the paint is very vulnerable. So, even when using a binder, it's best to coat them if the model is going to be handled at all. Also, I highly recommend their thinner as the paint is very temper mental about thinners. I tried other thinners, and other than water, everything else failed miserably.

It doesn't adhere well
Using this paint is nice BUT, it doesn't adhere very well to the plastic model kits. If you must use any tape to apply any other colors, the whole painted area will just peel off once you remove the tape. I certainly miss Model Masters paint as in my opinion was the best paint around. The other problem is during the decal application. I even used future before applying decals and the paint will come off if you don't hurry to apply and dry up the area. This formula needs some improvement as those two areas are major flaws. Mr. Color and Tamiya line are a better option for now until something better comes out for plastic models.

GREAT WATER BASED MODEL PAINT
This paint was purchased to add the mortar lines on a 1/22.5 scale building. This paint works for that but you need a really small stiff brush to do the job perfectly. Also, plan on painting house with the same type and color of paint.Clean up is a breeze just rinse out under the kitchen sink tap and pat dry.
