which while nice, made them almost water repellant
Very heavy weight towels, when they arrived they felt soft and fluffy, which while nice, made them almost water repellant!I googled the issue and found that if you washed them alone in hot water with a cup of vinegar to remove the softening agent ( I actually did this twice to be sure), then did and additional rinse cycle with a cup of baking soda to neutralize the vinegar, they would start to absorb. I did this and now these towels are absorbent as well as great in all other respects!

Large but not plush
Just received these today. The best way I can describe them is large ribbed version of economy towels. They are not very plush or soft at all. They feel just like cheap towels but they are really big and ribbed. I bought these for me as "premium" towels then bought similar towels at Costco today for $7.99 each that would be the guest towels. Turned out the Costco ones were much softer and plush than these. Returning these and going to Costco tomorrow to buy more of the $7.99 towels.

They appears to be made nice and stitched good
Not as described , says 20x34, they are 19x31. They appears to be made nice and stitched good. Just beware the size is off by 4 inches.

Just OK and not so Blue
So I was shopping for a cushy Luxury Spa towel in soothing blue, like Tiffany Blue, Aqua, A Modern shade. The Spa Blue in this towel brand is Not It. This, as pictured, is on the greenish shade of blue. I don't hate the color but I don't love it either. Hopefully my pictures will give you an indication of how far off of blue it is.The towel size is nice, the weight is fine, but I wouldn't call it luxury soft.It washed nice, with no excessive lint and dried fast after use.Personally, I think it's overpriced for what it is.The hunt continues.

Great Towels
I plan on buying more of these to have enough for guests. I bought these towels 2.5 years ago. They've held up well through 2.5 years of washing & bleaching. There is a place or two where a string as come loose over the years, but I just trim it down. At first I was really careful about how I washed & dried them so they'd stay nice and fluffy, but after a few months I just started throwing them in with the rest of my whites.

Beware if there's any suggestion of benzoyl peroxide on the property
Super soft and pretty, and a good price point for the thickness and size and softness, which is why I give them two stars rather than one, but they BLEACH OUT far too easily. Our son and I each use a benzoyl peroxide face wash in the shower. The first time he used the new towel, there was a HUGE, completely bleached-out blob on it--as in, zero dye left--from where he had dried his face after showering. Of course he had rinsed his face--but apparently there was some sort of residue still there. I thought, well, it must be his 16-year-old self causing this, so I tried it myself, very deliberately rubbing and scrubbing my face in the shower stream to ensure there wasn't a drop left of the face wash. It still left bleached-out spots on my own towel, although not as dramatic. This morning, I did it a third time, this time drying my face on a separate old towel (after the same thorough rinsing/rubbing in the shower), with a secondary , cursory drying afterward on my new towel. It STILL resulted in new bleached spots. We've had colored towels in the past that had zero bleached spots, using the same face wash, so we know that you can peacefully co-exist with colored towels and benzoyl peroxide, especially when it's getting washed off in showers. These simply are not colorfast. They haven't faded yet in the their one laundering to date, and my husband's towel is fine so far, so it seems to not be other products, just the mere mention of the name of benzoyl peroxide. We got the aqua ones--gorgeous shade. Perhaps white ones would be okay? Other than the beyond-the-pale bleaching (<--did you see what I did there?), they're beautiful, absorbent, soft towels.

They look good but not great quality.
I received these towels on 3/4/17 Amd writing this review on 3/17/17.At Bed Bath & Beyond I saw these amazing Turkish towels that were unbelievably soft and luxurious and expensive. I went on Amazon to see if I could find the same towels for a better price and I saw these towels. Look the same, much better prices, but the quality is definitely not the same. These towels are not as soft and plush feeling. I was okay with that given the price. I've only used the big bath towel and am sadly disappointed. When I get out of the shower and start to dry myself, the towel immediately feels wet so it's not absorbing the moisture at all.I've also washed this towel once with sheets in a delicate cycle and now am noticing discoloration -- only have one washing!!May try to return them since I haven't used the others. They've been my display towels, which sadly might be all they're good for.The photos of the discolored towel is the same towel. I've included photos of they displayed on towels racks and the washcloths on my sink. Any discoloration on the hanging towels are simply from drying hands.

So disappointing
One of the towels is already falling apart after the first wash! I really like them too. I'm hoping the other three hold up...but I'm not too confident they will.
