Not what I was expecting
I thought this would be a book about teaching kids about fruits, or with fun rhymes or something... but it was just a story about an orange who wears a business suit to the swimming pool. It also teaches babies/ toddlers about different kinds of bathing suits which is... helpful... I guess? I don't think I'd recommend it, but the graphics are pleasant and it's a cute and silly book I suppose.

Not appropiate for children
The book talks about the different types of suits people wear. Suits for babies, suits for parents, suits for scuba, suits for swimming. On the last few pages... it says if you want to go swimming you need a swim suit...Cannonball...UNLESS you swim in your BIRTHDAY SUIT! Who writes this for children when the purpose was to teach them about wearing different kinds of suits! Odd. Save your money! I sent mine back. I am not reading that to a child and them get in trouble for stripping down at a pool! There could have been such a better ending than this.

Not as good as Vegetables in Underwear
I purchased this book because the other one by the same author, Vegetables in Underwear, is adorable and well-loved by our toddler (and us!). This one doesn't flow as well and seems kind of forced. Cute, colorful illustrations, but would not recommend.

The actual worst
This book is the worst. The text is so disjointed, does not flow, makes no sense. I look at it with my toddler and pretend there are no words because reading it aloud makes me angry that someone actually got paid to write it.

Subscription for books to grandson
I understand that the grandson enjoys getting packages in mail with his name on the package. When he receives his books every month, he tries to read them to his younger brother.

Great Toddler Book
My almost 2 year old son loves this book although it isn’t quite as catchy for him as Vegetables in Underwear and just doesn’t have the same flow

One year old is obsessed
Got this for my son when he was 8 months old. he wasn't too interested then but now that he's sitting with his books on his own and picking out favorites to drag over to us to read, this has become a beloved one. the pictures are bright and colorful, there aren't too many words, and it's a fun read.

Fruity Fun
Lovely sequel to Vegetables in Underwear, a much loved classic in our house. This was equally enjoyed, though not quite as satisfying as a variety of vegetables sporting a plethora of gotch, but let’s be honest, nothing the author did was going to reach that level of electrifying again. They peaked. 5 star for effort, though...tough act to follow.

these fruits polish up nicely
Almost as good as vegetables in underwear, my students loved this second story in the series. A fun story to incorporate in your nutrition unit, even just for fun!
