My most favourite eyeliner!
I have been using this eyeliner for a long time. It’s smudge proof and stays on all day. Beautifully and carefully packaged and lasts a long time. Absolutely recommend!

Not totally waterproof as described
Smooth to put on..... but smudges as do all others I’ve tried.......have to keep reapplying under eyes.Disappointed
