I bought these for my son who has flat feet (collapsible arches). We have been to a podiatrist and tried custom made insoles, but after a week of running in soccer and track, he is in a lot of pain, and the custom soles were not comfortable. For $10, I thought this was worth a try. It's different in that it doesn't cover his whole foot so he can adjust it to the most comfortable position. I read the reviews and someone said they these were too big for his size seven foot, which is the size my son wears too. But we needed to try something, and this was a different option and very reasonably priced. My son wore them to school all day today and then to track. He said they were so comfortable he forgot he was wearing them. So I hope these will work long term.

I’ve been wearing these things from the moment I got them. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and the inserts from the doctor don’t help as much as these things do. They do wear out quickly so I just ordered two more pairs. But I can wear them with my house slippers and stand and prep and cook my food with less pain. I’ve also decreased my use of anti inflammatory meds. For the price, give them a try!

This is essentially an oval piece of felt that was cut out and sloppily sewn to what looks like an inexpensive head band. Hurts to wear it with shoes that have any sort of an arch. MAYBE it'll be an alternative to walking around the house barefoot until the felt frays. Maybe.

I wear these daily to prevent pain by the end of the day. It doesn’t completely remove the pain, but definitely minimizes it. I have purchased several sets.

I wore them the first time all day and I had no foot pain! It was so nice after my foot hurting for so long to not feel pain when walking today! This is the first thing that has actually worked for me. Highly recommend!

On going problem, but these helped

Loved the product, really has helped my knee & leg pain..

This pair is nothing like my last pair. They are not padded enough in the arch support. I won't buy them again. The band is good but the support is not.
