If you use the wisk as directed then the mix works very well. Otherwise it will clump badly. I add a little olive oil, garlic, and pepper. Rivals the jar kund. A little mix goes a long way at home. It has less fat than store bought. Gluten & soy free! It has been a lifesaver and new pantry staple for us.

This was perfect and exactly what I been looking for. It’s a little spendy but I’m glad I got it. Will Probly try and find a cheaper source tho.
