Not much to say, it's shredded cuttlefish (or something like that from the ocean) with just a tiny bit of heat. Granted the heat surprised me cause it wasn't on the stuff I grew up with in Hawaii. But all the others on Amazon are CRAZY expensive. Still I like the taste. And yes I know about the micro plastics ... I'm old anyway. I wonder if that teflon stuff burns when they cremate u.

The dried squid had an extremely good taste, as well as arrived extremely fast. It matched with with soup and tasted great overall.

I love this stuff. I acquire a taste for cuttlefish when I lived on Okinawa. We called it “Japanese Chewing Gum” for its chewy texture. My dog used to go nuts when I opened a pack since it stinks to high heaven. Tastes great. I deducted one star for high price.

Bag was much bigger than expected, very good. Obviously tastes fishy, like squid.. so.. if you like fishy you’ll probably like this.Only complaint is that it has a sort of chalky(?) texture on the outside. It makes my teeth feel weird. Not weird enough to keep me from consuming it though.

I hadn't had dried squid in years and was really craving it. Unfortunately, I no longer live anywhere near an Asian grocery store so I can't find it locally, so I looked online for it. If you like dried squid, you'll probably like this. Like most types of dried squid, it lists salt and sugar as ingredients, but the sweetness is not overpowering. It tastes like squid, but I assume that if you are looking at dried squid, you like the seafood taste of it.This is also a nice, big bag. It's hard to even find a bag of beef jerky this size for this price, so it seems like a pretty good deal for squid, which is a bit harder to find than beef jerky. I used this in some recipes, but mostly I just like munching on it, like you would much on beef jerky for a snack. Recommended, and I will definitely buy more once I finish this bag! I love squid!

While it is a good brand, the squid didn't seem to taste right as compared to the ones I bought in Asian grocery stores. After several attempts, I ended up discarding the entire bag.

It's okay. I don't like that it has sugar in it tho, I was expecting it to be savory.
