Efficient And Effective
I learned about this product from my physical therapist. I do not know how it works, but it does. This Is worthwhile especially if you do not like to take medication. Understand, it does not eradicate pain, but it greatly minimises it when in use. It is efficient and effective. This product arrived in a timely fashion.

Worked great, No more Elbow Pain
Overall this is a very good quality tape and it worked very well for me.I like the soft feel, excellent stretch, and stable support for my sore muscles.I have played badminton for one year, and I tried elbow brace and elbow sleeves to reduce my elbow pain, but I still have to rest serval days after I played. Also I tried Rock Tape and got allergic reactions because I have sensitive skin.I am happy that I try this one, it helpto relief of my muscle ache and do recovery faster and now I can play badminton everyday.The tape can stay on for days, even through workouts and showers. I usually peel them off not because they are not sticky anymore, but because I want to apply fresh ones.

Hard to remove
Adhesion is pretty strong. Very hard to remove without removing skin. You will need something to assist. I soaked it it warm to hot water to loosen.

Works better than name brand!
I have not used this brand of tape before and was skeptical. I needn’t have worried! It adheres great, has good stretch, and seems to do the job just as well if not better than the more familiar name brands. I will continue to order this tape.

It protects the painful joint very well
I love these kineo tapes. I recently started to have joint pains in my feet and these tapes both relieve the pain and protect my joints. I love the colours as well!!

Great tape to relieve pain.

No longer need to take any nsaids.
