It arrived on time and unlike other comments . It actually looks exactly as advertised. GREAT taste for people already like this type of Cavier. Might be little salty for new people trying to taste it

I purchased this because it had a 5-star rating! If I could give it a zero stars or minus Stars I would! It looks nothing like the picture in size or color! Is so disgusting that a foodie like me couldn't even take more than one bite conveniently it is an item that cannot be returned cannot be returned fair warning waste of time waste of money waste of the idea that this would be delicious it was so grotesque it's just sitting there to be throwing it away then everyone look at it nobody ain't it no refund don't waste your money please please do yourself a favor

I purchased mine in March 2020, and by mid-April it was used up. Some reviews here cited mold and other issues. I experienced none of those, but the product may be sourced by different vendors, which would account for the inconsistency. I count myself as lucky.For me this is absolutely perfect as a substitute for parmigiano reggiano grated over spaghetti. A little olive oil, perhaps some papers and this grated over a pasta it to me pure heaven.Note the time frame that I mentioned: I know for a fact that this will keep at least a month if stored in a refrigerator in a sealed plastic container. Possibly longer. At any rate, do heed the negative reviews because there were enough of them to indicate there are quality issues with some shipments. I reduced my risk by ordering mine to be delivered by Prime, which meant that I could easily return it for a refund. I was more than pleased with the package I received and it's about time to order another!

First of all, the product we got looked nothing like the picture. On that alone I give it 0-1 stars. But if you grate it you can use it to give various dishes an interesting flavor, which I think is what the product is really intended for.

I am Taiwanese. I am very fond of Roe. Since kids. Party first dish food. It is in my blood that I have to pick some from duty free Shop at airport every time I back to USA. Said past 30 yrs. first time I try this in USA thanks to Amazon. Size is little smaller. But won’t stop me buying again on special occasion. I highly recommend this Italia Roe. Or whatever they call. But put on top of spaghetti kind of waste this good great Roe. U should have with white carrot, bring up all roe favor. Priceless & homesick favor food . Kuo.

This should have been golden not almost black. Generally indicates it’s old and too salty. Very disappointed cuz they don’t do returns. I will just have to throw away. In the past their product arrived as pictured. Delivery was fast though.

I've been on a hunt to try several different bottarga as I ease into this delicious new superfood.This is the only one I've seen that is "infused" with anything else; and who can say no to lemon?The first taste of it wasnt what I expected. I think the lemon needed to air a bit and overwhelmed the bottarga. After a night in the fridge though I changed my tune and it only got better.I think I prefer the original, but I'll keep this in mind for salads and summertime.

The flavor is good as I ate in my country. Price is fair because I believe this is not from high-quality process of caviar. The color it caviar I got is not as bright as they show in the pictures. The color is much darker! Looks like not fresh. Furthermore, there are some molds spotted at some corners. Apology that I forgot to take the picture as proofs.
