I did not like the fact that this product did not last. There was a leak in it after only 3days. I plan to return it as soon as I can find my receipt . I hope I find It soon . I t was serving its purpose well then the air started to seep out. I am not happy. I didnt even over inflate it. I followed the instructions exactly.

This cushion developed a leak in early February 2024 and was delivered in mid-September 2023. I is no longer an Amazon vendor, so we are out of luck.

I had very high hopes for the hob waffle cushion to help deal with pressure sores. I've ordered this item 2x. Each time, the product developed a leak. The cushion we have, which we cannot return, will not hold any air for any length of time anymore. We are *not* over-inflating the the ehob waffle seat. We *are* following the inflation instructions. The person using the cushion is *not* overweight/does not even come close to the weight capacity of the cushion. The only use for the cushion is for the user to sit in, all day. I have tried submerging this cushion to see where there is a leak, and bafflingly, I do not see any air bubbles. bottom line: I would save your money (& perhaps spend more) and get another brand of cushion. This one does not last and the return window is limited.

The product was what I wanted for my elderly father, BUT the waffle hand pump was not included with the two cushions. How am I supposed to air them up without this pump?!?! I would appreciate the hand pumps be sent as soon as possible!!I wrote this review several weeks ago and still have not received any kind of reply. Where are the hand pumps that were supposed to be included with this order?? I would like a reply as soon as possible.

Wound clinic recommended this product for me since I had surgery and an infection that is being treated with antibiotics now. Very comfortable to sit on.

The product is recommended by nurses and it works very well for people who have to sit for a long time and seems to prevent and help resolve pressure sores or skin shearing issues. The only problem is that after dealing with two of these, there must be a faulty valve system because both went flat after a few weeks use, and when you try to reinflate you can hear the air coming back out of the area around the valve. Very upsetting. My husband needs this cushion every day and now I have to try to get another one in a hurry.
