Not usual quality
I have bought this brand of dried mango for some time as initially Tesco sold it in smaller packets. I enjoy it as a snack if feeling peckish! I had discovered that this was by far the best brand. I then ordered a large pack some time ago and found that equally satisfactory. However the packet I ordered and received recently seems very different. The pieces are in the first instance much darker and less appetizing looking but more importantly they do not have a good taste at all. In fact the taste is somewhat unpleasant. I do not know if I am going to be able to consume them or whether I shall give up as a bad job. I hope this is a one off and would welcome the sellers comments.

A Good Alternative
I decided to buy these as an alternative to the ones offered by the same company which have added sugar.I was overall very happy with it. The non-addition of sugar means that these are drier than the other variety, but I don't really mind that. Also, it would seem that the sizes of mango are more varied as I found that they weren't as big as can be found in the other variety. If you are looking for a god tasting dried mango without added sugar I would definitely recommend giving these a try.NOTE: Something I did find puzzling though, is the fact that according to the nutritional information printed on the back of the packets, per 100g serving, the mangos without added sugar actually end up having more sugar than the variety with added sugar.

Absolutely not recommended!
I bought this on another listing that was more expensive (same product and weight).Flavour is absolutely horrible, these are the most sour dried mangoes I've ever had - and it's not just the sourness, the mango pieces taste like they've gone bad before drying because they taste a little fusty. Looking at the colour as well - in the picture my phone has brightened the photo a bit but I assure you theyre all quite dark almost brown in colour - not very appetising!I usually try to give the producers a chance because you can't guarantee an absolutely sweet soft yellow mango every time, but I ate a fifth of the bag in pain before realizing there's no end to the sour pieces.Absolutely do not recommend, STAY AWAY! I'm personally going back to Happy Belly when it reappears.

Tastes great...HOWEVER.....
Just coming to review. I always buy from Costco, as its cheaper (£9) for the same bag!I have been buying for some now. Its a bit of a hit and miss. If I can find a place to reveiw on the actual production site (company site), I will. For now, here will suffice. You just don't know whether you are going to get a good batch or a bad batch. When it's good, expect nice lovely sliced mangoes, vibrant mustard yellow in colour, and perfectly sweet. Not sour.In a bad batch, you might get the same colour in mango, but sour tasting (I think this may be because the mangoes have bene stored somewhere near heat)... or the worst batch, which is when all the pieces are brown in colour!!!!!!!When they are brown, it is VERY disappointing to see and enjoy. Some pices are OK, but you're left feeling like you're eating the left over pieces of the batch. Very frustrating!!!!!!!
