This item replaces an older (same but shorter) product. They... do the job but not quite as well as the older product. The edges don't grip as well. The edges therefore lift and get pulled away if I drag my foot over it.Durable and discrete though so... 4 starsTo the vendor: Has your hook and loop supplier changed specs?

Good product but “taupe” more army green.

Smart design, lowest profile, flexible. Spend a few minutes removing bends from your cords, lay them on the floor close tougher, press one side of this cover down, stretch over and press the other aide. Trip hazard gone!! Compared to rubber cord covers: you can't roll your chair over this one, but it beats the rubber ones in lower profile, greater flexibility, and ability to resize simply with scissor. Very easy to reposition, but repeated pulling off your carpet would start to raise some carpet fuzz. ONLY for use on low-profile commercial loop carpet. Adheres very well, but would do ineffective on high-pile or cut loops. Best solution for my office. Buying more.

We installed this at a church where they had a lectern that was six feet away from the wall on carpeted floors. They didn’t like the black color so I was glad to find a beige option. It covers all the cables running to the lectern and nicely blends with the carpet. They love it!

This is a great product. No tape adhesive residue to deal with. Reusable, repositionable, and you can lift one side to add or remove cables without having to start over retaping. I chose the yellow color to contrast with the carpet and discovered an extra benefit, people see it and step over my cables rather than on them.

I think for household use these are just way too thin because you’ll be able to feel all the chords and underneath it. So I would just suggest going with a cord cover, if you don’t want to feel as you’re walking over, it that is padded. But if that is not an issue and you want more flexibility; Meaning you can fit more chords underneath then a padded one could, and it’s out of the way. This is a very viable option!

My husband and I own a retail business that requires running an extension cord from the computers to the outlet in the wall. The outlet is approx. 3' away and the cord was directly behind our counter, making it extremely hazardous to work there without tripping over the cord. We tried several different products to cover it, all of which failed miserably. This cover does the job wonderfully. We have commercial grade loop carpet which it adheres to very well and never moves. It also lies much flatter that the rubber cord covers we tried. I would definitely purchase this product again if I had the need.
