Hard to say if it will last in the long term, but was easy enough to use. Did a 3 x 4m room, and only just covered it with quite wide planks

I was sceptical buying this after reading the poor reviews. 1 tube according to the manufacturer was enough to do the whole of my room. I only ended up doing the area around my entrance door as I didn't want to run out or buy another tube. I was careful to only apply a thin bead to the edges indicated in the instructions. This was fiddly and time consuming. My tube covered at least 6sqm and there was easily enough left to do a few more. Time will tell if I applied enough. I think this is where the product falls down, the tube nozzle (in my opinion) is too large, so you end up applying a larger bead than necessary and thus end up using a lot more product. Is it designed that way intentionally? A narrower nozzle should help speed application and help the manufacturer reach their claimed coverage.

Easy to use and does a great job

Yeah, this stuff is ok - I mean it works and is easy to use etc. But genuinely, it goes nowhere near the m2 suggested by the manufacturer. Ive laid about 12m2 so far and used about 5 tubes (and didn't use it on every joint, just the lower half which would be likely to come into contact with water).
