I think overall this 7-day slimfast kit is or can be beneficial to other people. For myself however, not so much. I suppose i'm just fussy. I didn't like the texture of the snack bars. To me it was just weird, there was no texture to it, or one I can't describe. However the shake is good, and the 2 other bars. But I think it's just not for me.I mean it's nearly near winter now, so I guess slimming can wait until after new year.
