I received this chair a week ago and have been trying to adjust to it. I needed a replacement for my old Lazy boy recliner and thought this looked comparable. It is not. The quality of the leather is middle of the road, but the biggest problem is with the fit of the chair. I am 5'6" tall and when not reclining completely, my feet dangle off the footrest. When I am in full recline, my head lands in the "divot" between the middle and upper back cushion. I have to shimmy up and put a pillow under my head in order to be comfortable. When in that position, my feet finally rest on the foot rest BUT my arm is not long enough to reach the power button, so I have to slide down to adjust my position. This chair is uncomfortable.Also, make note that not all delivery companies will bring this chair into your home. I ran into that surprise on delivery day. Neither the seller, nor the delivery company AMA mentioned that. We had black ice on delivery day number one. I have mobility problems and could not get to my garage to open the box and inspect the contents. I refused to sign for something I had not seen and sent the chair back with the driver. It took some doing, but the seller helped to arrange for redelivery three days later. My 64 year old husband and my daughter lugged the chair inside. Never again.
