I’ve tried the cherry limeade, grape and orange flavors. Grape and orange are perfect. As far as the actual product, I have had a little more push to get through lifting and cardio in a calorie deficit. It’s worth it, IMO, if the labeling is correct. Mixes easy

Mixes great and the fruit punch tastes great. The other flavors are not so good. Stick with the fruit punch. It has all the aminos i want in it

Drink a full glass (one big scoop) every night after I workout. Fruit Punch is my fave! Go through one bottle every 5 weeks.

Great amino acids they are affective as far as I know! Only problem with them is 2 scoops for an entire 32 ounce bottle is too strong 1.5 scoops is better. Just a bit over the top with flavoring. Tastes good though

Purchased this to use when needed between other supplements. Good recovery after physical activity. No issues with gut upset and the taste is actually better than I had expected.

I do IF for weight loss....not the hormonal stuff, etc so if EAA and BCAA cause a little insulin rise, I don't care lol. Anyway, I train at 11am and don't eat until 4pm. I do a scoop of this and start drinking during workout and drink til gone to make sure I have some aminos before eating that first meal. Works great! Fruit punch tastes awesome...highly recommend!

Great taste and I can feel the difference after my work outs not as sore and ready to rock the next day. Keeps me hydrated and is easy to mix, it’s not gritty and I loved it!
