No Complaints Here So Far
Packed very well and priced lower than similar units from other sellers. All neccesary cords/adaptors included. 2 year warranty. 11.1V36AH lithium ion battery - can be discharged to 80% before requiring recharge & unit will automatically shut off if battery capacity is less than 10%. As far as maintenance, it must be fully recharged every 3 months unless the system automatically shuts down because of low battery capacity, then it needs to be recharged within 2 months.Just a note: car with a 12-volt starting battery can't charge the system FULLY but a car with a 24 volt battery can. Also, as far as emergency jump start, the engine must be less than 4L. Also, off-grid in Sub-Zero conditions, you can drain the power from the unit but not charge it or the battery will be damaged.Hope this helps someone else considering this unit. Overall, I think it will be pretty good.

Great for running a CPAP for 5-6 days! Great for camping and power outages!
I’m writing this review to help others make the right decision for a portable battery power unit to power their CPAP machine while in a place where power is unavailable (dry camping, power outages, etc.). I took a chance when I bought this unit with, at the time, had only one review. So here’s the verdict, I have a ResMed airsense 10 with a water humidifier and a heated tube, and an DC adapter with a cigarette plug attachment to power the ResMed using DC power plug located on the power unit (you can find these DC plugs on CPAP supply websites, they are a bit pricey but worth it). After doing a lot of research, I was looking for something to last 5-6 days before recharging. To achieve this, I purchased the Makom battery unit because of the price (I must have got it on sale because it was the least expensive that I found on Amazon with those specifications). Other brands claim to work for multiple nights running a CPAP. To get the maximum out of this unit, I turn off the humidifier, the heated tubing, and put the CPAP in airplane mode before plugging this into the power supply, I was able to get 5 full night (7-8 hours) of sleep and it still had 2 bars left on it. It might be possible to get another night out of it but didn’t want to risk it because I wear a full mask and don’t want the feeling of suffocating if the battery unit becomes depleted. Here's my brief review the Makom 400 Wh power unit. The packaging is very well done, with lots of foam padding fitted around the unit. Right out of the box, the unit is handsome and looks a feels sturdy and stable. It come charged up half way (in the instructions, it recommends to fully charge the unit before using. from a half charge, it took 2-3 hours to full). The LCD screen is easy to read and show what features are active when selected as well as showing you the Wattage being used. There are 3 buttons next to the LCD screen (Power button, DC on and AC on) to power on or to activate AC/DC power you have to hold down the button for 2-3 seconds, a green LED light will come on and stay on when the selection is made. When I drained the battery to 2 bars, it took about 5 hours to recharge it. I will add to this review later when I hook it up to solar and recharging from the car, I haven't done that yet. This unit works great so far and is easy to use. I may update this review after using it for a while but so far so good!So here’s an update from my camping trip using my CPAP machine with the Makom 400Wh power supply generator. This is more of a recommendation to CPAP users sleeping in tent or a pop up camper and camping in the mountains. My first night, it was so cold that it was causing bad condensation in my mask and tubing which forced me to turn on the heater on my tubing. This of course used up the power in the battery to one bar almost depleting the battery after one night (thank god I had a backup battery). To solve this problem, I placed the tubing, mask and CPAP machine under a blanket to which I was able to use my machine for one more night using my backup battery and not having the condensation problem like the previous night. My next camping trip will be in a much warmer climate so I’m sure the battery will last as long as discibed in the earlier review. I’ll update this later if necessary.

Best in class
Nice little battery, tested on first charge getting 3.5 hours on a 100w lamp, next charges should be better. Still probably the best in this category. If you need a lot more than just charging a laptop you'll need to look into very heavy less portable options which are another few hundred bucks at least.

So far so good
Purchased this for power when I'm off grid. works great so far. holds its power at full power for a long time, longest I have Let It Go is a month before use and it was still at full charge. I like how the display shows power in and power out in real time. Lightweight and pretty small size makes it easy to take anywhere.

DO NOT BUY (Read First)
Had it for few months, while camping went to use inverter to charge cell phone and heard pop. Took apart after getting home and 2 30 amp fuses that were soldered to board went open circuit. Replaced fuses which were a pain and immediately blew the new fuses. Started tracing things out and found a mosfet was shorting positive to negitive. Added note, the solar charger is pwm (not mppt) and the inverter is a modified sine wave not a true sine wave like it the documentation states. True garbage

Love multiple charging methods
I like that this unit is very simple to use ,I wish the price could be a little lower, but still worth it. I charge it with a 100 watt solar panel, on a sunny day in about 4 hours.
