My husband and I use every am. We mix with garden of life organic protein plus greens, liquid, and vital collagen in our jet blender. Using the power blender produces a smooth and non clumping breakfast. Since we use a flavored protein we do not notice any other flavors. Love there is no soy , sunflower or palm oils additives. One container has about 28 servings. Wish they made it in a larger value size. We also do subscribe and save with amazon.

I use in my coffee every morning. Love that it slightly enhances the flavor without being too overwhelming. And it's good for you, too.

Helps to keep my hunger pangs in check. And has definitely helped to curb my cravings for sweets.I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Doesn't dissolve immediately, you have to stir quite a bit & for whatever reason disposable spoons retain some kind of residue on them that makes the plastic spoon feel rough even after washing it. So use regular silverware.

I like the energy and just how I feel after drinking this. I recommend using a milk frother to mix it up

I'm giving it a 3 because I can't say if it works or doesn't, though the ingredients seem good. However, I can say that it doesn't dissolve and makes a clumpy, lumpy mess with lumps that float to the top and powder that covers the sides of the glass. Because of that, I'm not sure how much of the serving is being accessed and it makes for an unpleasant drink
