The Ezcap286 impressive standalone video capture device.
Now there are many reviews following the ezcap386, here's some thing's to know, do not plug your device in and then plug in the USB to your computer, it work's flawlessly for Xbox One video capture actually any console I have used on it works, including Dreamcast through an upscaler and vga box. This capture device captures at about 15mins then creates another file but is seamless and with very little editing you can record hour's worth of gaming, however you won't be able to record DVDs and the remote only allows for the recording of one 15min segment while pushing the button it continuously records until you press the device button again. Knowledge of this can help you better choose which device is best for your application. I want another one for another Xbox One for tandem recoding of co-op game play.

Awesome
This thing is awesome, records directly as needed. I use it in a Pro Video setup to record raw camera feed. It works exactly as described. I hope it comes back in stock

Could not get it to work at 1st, after reading quick start guide, I discovered you must update firmware from manufacturers website. once updated works awesome...

Should do the trick if I can figure it out.
For some reason my computer dosen't recognize my Canon HD Video camera, I haven't spent a lot of time playing with it.

Beware why media you use
Can't use SD cards formated in Windows 10 . Power Jack is flakey and intermitant
