The bracelet arrived in record time, less than 24 hours. However, the presentation box is nothing more than a cheap cardboard box, and the bracelet itself was tangled up, having worked loose of the elastic retaining loops. There was no invoice with the goods and the cheap presentation was very disappointing. For an item costing almost £300.00, it could have been much better presented.The bracelet itself is very delicate and quite pretty, but as a gift for a loved one, the presentation let it down badly. and the 'stock' barcode label on the rear, did nothing to enhance the feeling of quality! Such a shame, as, if properly presented in a quality case, this would be a lovely gift.As it is, it feels like I'm giving a gift that was bought on the local market. Disappointing.
