Great product can be used anywhere
This works great. So far we have used it in Germany, Italy, and the US. All have different type plugs and this was so convenient to only carry this one adapter. Able to charge both of our phones without any issues.

Very reliable
Worked reliably all across Italy. I'm continuing to use it for USB charging back home in the states. Very satisfied. I vastly prefer this product's design over other products that require you to disassemble and reassemble them for use in different regions.

Sturdy, reliable, inexpensive universal adapter

Breakable sliding tabs
Arrived broken. One of The sliding tabs broke off in shipping and without it one of the plugs will not flip out, which makes it unusable in the country labeled.

It wasn't clear that this product only provides a slot for charging my phone and computer, but it does not provide the transformer to adjust to the power needs of my devices

I've used this in Israel, Iceland and Ireland. It's held up after packing, unpacking, different sockets and I've even used it at home in the US when I can't find my at home cell phone charger. Great buy.
