Used for a source of energy and it gives a lot energy but depends on how u use it I first used it at about 7 in the evening and I couldn’t go sleep till 1 😀but hey that’s what happens when u take energy at evening u can’t go sleep properly

This stuff is really good from what I’ve noticed so far. Feeling much better during workouts and after. I’m losing my body fat percentage already slowly. And it tastes really good

Doesn't need all the americanised chemicals. This is something people usually mix in with creatine and protein powders. One or the other usually being flavoured itself. If not on its own, should just be added to water and taste flavourless. For the amount of nutrition you get out of this, it is way too potent. My protein, creatine and amino mix shouldn't be entirely flavoured by the amino mix.
