Great size for book tote or crochet bag and such. Peacock pattern is very beautiful with soft but popping colors. Sturdy for common use.

This purse is very bright and colorful in person. I posted photos to show this, but the pictures lost some color and brightness after they were emailed (so I could access them on my computer).In my experience, products are usually less colorful in person than in the online photo.It was such as nice surprise to see the opposite with this purse. Many impressionist paintings have vivid, striking color--that's what we love!As far as dimensions, it seems to be a little smaller than the dimensions that the company described, but it's close.For the medium size, my measurements are: across the top black edge (left to right), just under 15 1/2 inches;from the black edge to the bottom, 11 inches; handle drop, 9 1/2 inches.I also ordered the peacock, which is colorful and gorgeous as well.

It is a 'pretty' bag ... but, with that said ... it's All Fabric that does Not sit up by itself unless it's Full ... In fact ... it came Folded ... it is Not firm on it's own and will Not sit up straight/flat without having contents full ... So, if this is okay with you ... then this bag is certainly a good find ... For me ... it's OK ... but, I prefer a Stronger/Firmer Bag .... I will Only be using this Bag on occasion ... it is Not an Every Day Bag ...

Love this bag!!! It looks great, the strap stays put on my shoulder when wearing it, and it is also large enough to hold a couple of items while running errands.
