Good heater. Needs regulator behind it though.
Bought over a year ago, never worked right until I bought a regulator to go between heater and pump, to regulate flow so the sensor will function properly and not shot off the heat prematurely.Excellent product though 👌

Instant Hot water
These units have served me well in Mexico, and I have 4 girls who take daily showers one after the other. A little tip, buy a package of the "sensors" in case it burns out, i'ts not to difficult to replace them for anyone who is "handy". They are cheap too.

Cold showers. Two different plumbers ($) said the heater was defective.

*update. Received refund. It really was a nice looking unit. Wish it had of worked. Stars are only for customer service.Didn't work out of the box. Easy set up. Nice looking product, but had something faulty that didn't let the gas through. We are well versed in the realm of home improvement, but this just didn't work. Now, we probably could have taken it apart and fixed it, but not in the mood to fix a brand new product. Contacted the company regarding a replacement initially, and was met with some resistance and "troubleshooting" tips, which we had already done. They asked for videos of it not working, and we had already taken it down and boxed it up. I've now requested a refund and the item has been picked up by UPS. If we receive a timely refund, I will change the 1star rating. Anything can have a lemon, it's how you handle your lemons that matters.

don’t give up it works great when it works
Working great after I found the loose wire inside the housing.More than enough hot water, for one showerIf you are having trouble it might just be a loose wire inside.

Didnt work out the box
It dosent work after i installed it.Power wont come one with new batteries.
